The MSc Global Mental Health programme at the University of Glasgow was the first programme of its type to launch anywhere in the world. My teaching on the MSc Global mental Health programme focuses on the development of Global Mental Health as an area of research and practice; cultural, social and biological determinants of mental health difficulties; concepts of mental wellbeing; improving access to mental health services in a global context; mental health across the lifespan; and mental health policy and legislation in a global context. I deliver teaching related to Global Mental Health to students enrolled on the MSc Global Health programme at the University of Glasgow, the BSc Global Health intercalated degree at the University of Glasgow, and the MSc Global Health programme at the University of Aberdeen. I also deliver teaching on psychosis to Doctorate in Clinical Psychologists at the University of Glasgow.
